Turnaround Time

Our goal is to complete all orders within 2 weeks once we receive an order and the logo or design is finalized and payment is received.
We will let you know if it will take longer. Remember shipping will also take up to a week. All orders are completed as fast as we can. Please allow a minimum of 3-4 weeks for a larger order or hard to get items. Depending on availability we will get your orders out in a few days but on occasion an item will be backordered temporarily, we or our suppliers will encounter severe weather or we just get swamped! We will let you know if anything causes a delay.
We do not stock most items, except for basic t-shirt colors. As we receive orders, items are then ordered. We will know at that time if something is on backorder or just not available. We use suppliers that are the closet to us as possible so the turnaround time can be shortened.
If you need to receive an order by a specific date, please indicate the date on the order form. We will do everything we can to make sure you receive your order in time. If it is not possible to complete the deadline, we will notify you and cancel the order.



Shipping policy

We normally ship USPS Priority Mail with an email confirmation. Or if the order is too heavy, UPS will be used. If you prefer one method over the other, you can state that on the order.
Tip: Items weighing less than 5 pounds will generally cost less and arrive within 2-3 days if you choose USPS Priority Mail. Larger orders will generally cost less shipping via UPS Ground and should arrive in up to 7 days.
All shipping time will begin after we have completed the order.
You may request expedited delivery at your expense, buy please keep in mind ONLY the delivery process will be expedited.

Payment Options

Credit Cards: We accept Master Card, Visa and Discover in person.
PayPal: We accept PayPal through our website.
Checks: We accept personal and business checks. Checks must clear the bank before we will process your order. Please add 10 days to your order time. There will be a $25 fee for all returned checks.
Payment needs to be made before orders will be processed. For larger orders a 50% down payment can be made, with remaining due before delivery. It will be up to my digression whether a down payment can be made.



How to Order
Online: The easiest way to order 24/7. Just fill up your shopping cart and enter your payment information. We will let you know if there are any problems.
Fax: Either use the shopping cart feature and make a printout then fax or use your own invoice or purchase form then Fax to us. Be sure to leave a call back number or email address so we can confirm receiving the order.
Mail: If you wish and have an order that isn't a rush and would like to pay by check, print out your shopping cart order and mail to the address below. Make sure you have contact info listed.

Return Policy
Returns on decorated items are accepted ONLY if we have shipped defective merchandise OR made a mistake in the embroidery. Please check sizes, colors, and spellings of names carefully.
Undecorated items may be returned at your expense within 10 days of receipt.
Items must be in original pre-shipped condition. Items that have been worn or altered will not be accepted. Shipping fees are not refundable. Refunds will be made after we have received and inspected the goods.
If there is a problem, please call or email us so we can prepare in making adjustments or getting a replacement while the returning item is in transit.

Sales Tax
We collect a 5% sales tax for all orders shipped to North Dakota. For tax exempt schools and organizations within North Dakota, please submit a ST-10 form otherwise you will be charged sales tax. Forms may be downloaded from the North Dakota Office of State Tax Department at http://www.nd.gov/tax//. If you have trouble locating it, contact us and we will send you one.


Privacy Policy
Threaded Ink respects your privacy. Threaded Ink does not buy, sell, rent, lease, hock, barter, donate, or share email addresses or identifiable information regarding its customers in any way. Any information collected regarding our customers is held with the utmost care and security and will not be used outside Threaded Ink without your notification and permission.



Order Acceptance
Threaded Ink reserves the right, without prior notification, to refuse service to any user or limit the order quantity on any items we deem necessary. Verification of information prior to acceptance or any order may be required. No international orders will be accepted.
